Las Palmas

We begin our visit on foot in the historic district of Vegueta, where we see the Cathedral, the town hall, the Episcopal Palace and the “Perez Galdos” Theatre; carrying on to the Columbus Museum and the local market.  There´s free time for shopping in the Triana pedestrian zone.  Then we´ll have a stop in “Altavista” with great views over the city, its sports harbour, and the third most important port in the Atlantic, which we also visit.  In Santa Catalina Park, there´s more free time, to enjoy the pedestrian shopping zone, or get to know “Las Canteras Beach” (The Copacabana of Europe!).  Finally, we visit the largest botanical garden in Spain.
